Roli Tripathi is the Founder of Indie Royal and the titleholder behind Mrs. India Glamorous Queen of Substance 2016. Over more than a decade in the pageant and grooming industry, she has built a reputation as a multifaceted innovator — equal parts pageant coach, international grooming expert and platform-builder for women who want more than a sash.
Her own journey on stage shaped the philosophy behind Indie Royal: that a crown should open doors, not just photographs. That belief turned into a selection-based pageant platform where every titleholder is chosen for substance as much as presence, then given real training, real visibility and a real cause to carry — nationally and internationally.
Roli is a familiar face across media and industry circles — felicitated at award ceremonies, featured on television debate panels, and a regular presence at press events and industry functions, where she continues to champion women-first platforms on and off the pageant stage.

Indie Royal is a platform that puts women first — where confidence, compassion and courage matter as much as beauty, and every crown carries a promise to give back.
We built a selection-based process, not a walk-on pageant: every titleholder is chosen for who she is and what she stands for, then given a national and international stage to be seen, be global, and lead with purpose.
That purpose isn't just a tagline. Every season is paired with a real cause — this season, Indie Royal's titleholders step into their role as ambassadors for ocean conservation, from reef protection to cutting single-use plastic, carrying that promise all the way from India to the Season 13 finale in Singapore.
Beyond the crown, Indie Royal invests in its women long after the sash comes off — through pageant coaching, image consulting, corporate wellness training and a growing alumni network of titleholders who keep leading, on and off the stage.
